Lobsters, lobsters and more lobsters in every corner of Spice Market Café at its themed buffet dinner is underway on every first Thursday of the month at Shangri-La’s Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa. The resort kicks off a new decade with one-of-a-kind lip-smacking all-you-can-eat “Love-A-Lobster Feast”, with some ten culinary interpretations cooked to suit various palates.

The stars of the evening are slipper lobster and Boston lobster. The must-try item is lobster curry with deep fried bun. Cut and cooked to perfection per order hogs the limelight. Its heavenly aroma from sizzling wok is guaranteed to satisfy your cravings for the Among a long list of lobster galore, among others, features lobster on ice, wok-fried lobster with ginger and spring onion, lobster bisque, baked baby lobster with garlic mayo, baked slipper lobster with mayo curry.

Seafood on ice features steamed fresh prawns, slipper lobster, Boston Lobster, mussel and snow crab. Carving of the day has prime rib with potato and corn baked while salmon chili mayo. Salad corner includes salmon gravlax with dill and black pepper, glass noodle salad with seafood, coriander and lime.

A wide spread of Indian Cuisine, Japanese sushi and sashimi, Asian section as well as carvery and noodle station are up for grabs. The highlights are lobster-infused tandoori section paired with Naan bread, prawn Masala and vegetarian Briyani. The Japan selection includes assorted sushi and maki plus hot Asian dishes such as mud crab with sweet and sour sauce, prawn and chicken char siew.
